In these Laboratories various plastic polymers & finished products are tested for their quality parameters and performance. Thats why we have been awarded by DSIR National Award for R&D Efforts in Agro Industries Sector given by Department of Science and Industrial Research (DSIR), Government of India for these facilities.

Notch Cutvis
Specimen preparation. Notching of plastic specimens can be done. Automatic & Notch depth & angle can be maintained accurately.
Meltflowmatic
To check the melt flow index of plastic materials. Load ranges :- 0.3 kg to 21.6 kg. Temp :- Max. 350º. Computerized equipment. Melt flow index (MFI). Melt volume rate (MVR).
Brabender Plastic Order
Sheet Extrusion. Tube Extrusion. Rod Extrusion. Thread Extrusion and Pelletization Rhelogical Studies (Fusion behavior, Heat & Thermal stability of PVC compounds). Viscosity measurements. Die swell testing. Plasticizer Absorption. For testing plastic compounds and their performance parameters.
