I have visited all the major papain producers in India / Zaire / Belgium, and the Jain operation is by far the most organized and carefully controlled. ISO 9001 is a fine standard but it reflects existing producers. Jain’s procedures are so excellent that the ISO9001 is almost irrelevant... |
