Minimum required strength (MRS) of 8 MPa & 10 MPa. Suitable for working pressure up to 7.0 bar. Wide range starting from 20mm to 355mm OD. 50, 100 and 150m coils up to size 110mm. 6m length on all sizes above 110mm. Specification conforming to IS-14885 & ISO 4437 - SDR17.6, 13.6, 11 & 9.

Full data retrieval system in-built which allows for complete joint histories to be recorded and retrieved. AM-85 Control Box is the latest EF fully automated welding machine from the House of Fusion, UK. One universal lead for either automatic or manual fittings Colour Coded lead ends indentifies mode of operation. Barcode Scanner or light pen options. Facia can be personalised for customer branding. Prompt after sales service easily available. Butt Fusion jointing is a method of joining PE pipes using thermal fusion. This technique permits the quick assembly of long continuous joints in a faster and economical way without the use of modified pipe end or couplers. The fused joints are reliable and as strong as the pipe itself thus providing total leak proof system. We also provide experience and skilled satff to conduct and supervise the jointing operations. Fusion Group UK has developed a new generation of automatic butt fusion machines under the name Gatar, the snappy performer. It incorporates improved design concepts making the machine more efficient and more robust.
